What a wintery week! The snow up here is awesome and just keeps falling – winter wonderland for sure.  Now we just need the ground and ice to freeze so we can get excited for snowmobile season.

It really has been the strangest year, and looking back it feels almost surreal.  We went from being shut down in April and not knowing what the season would look like, to May 4th starting a month behind and hitting the ground at a run, tackling the daunting task of getting all of your boats in the water in a timely and fair manner, to having the boating season completely wrapped up before we saw snow this year. It has been a complete whirlwind and we absolutely could not have done it without our awesome crew here.

Through all of the chaos, we saw them come together and work as a team every day, pushing each other, working very long hours, particularly through the spring, and genuinely wanting to do their very best work for all of you. And then at the end of the day or week, choosing to spend time together after work, with frequent burger and bonfire nights through the summer.

We know this has been a difficult year for everyone, and we want you to know that we appreciate the efforts that each of you made to keep us and our community safe, changing routines and traditions, but also continuing to support us and other local businesses up here so that we can be here for you in the years to come.

We are closing the store for the month of December so that we can all unwind a bit before the holidays. However, the shop is open for service and to get snowmobiles ready. We will still be checking emails and voicemails, and are happy to help you however we can to get ready for winter so please feel free to get in touch anytime. We will re-open the store on January 4th for the winter.

Merry Christmas from everyone here at Little Gull. We hope you enjoy everything that this holiday season has to offer, and wish you health and happiness. See you in the New Year!
