Its hard to believe but that time is here again – TURKEY!
We’re looking forward to seeing lots of people up enjoying what looks to be a cool but partially promising weekend weather wise with beautiful fall colour in the trees.
We are open from 8-5 Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  Don’t forget to stop by and pick up a copy of the Kawartha Highlands Flight dvd.  We are really hoping that this will be a good souvenir and opportunity to see cottage country from a different perspective.

Fall colours

This is just a quick reminder as Thanksgiving approaches that we are still open every day from 8am-5pm for another week.  After Thanksgiving we will be open Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm and closed on Sundays until the snowmobile trails officially open.
If the colours keep going the way they are we will have a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend to enjoy!

It’s been great to see everyone out enjoying the beautiful fall weather!  Water levels have stabilized temporarily and we’ve been busy getting boats back to bed.

A summer project has finally come to fruition.  Back in July I went up in the plane and was able to get some really nice footage of the area.  One of the young ladies who works for us was able to put it together on a DVD and set it to music by John Herberman, a local composer.    By following the link below, you can get a taste of what is on the DVD.  The full one is over a half hour long and is available in the store.  You can also get a copy of John Herberman’s Cd Head in the Clouds.  If need be, we can send copies to you as well.  Give us a call or stop by and start Christmas shopping early this year!
