Welcome to June!!! It was a bit of a damp weekend but the sun is shining and the week has started out great. Today is a big day here as we celebrate Cal’s birthday….50 is a big one and as he says “I am over the hill”! Some of the staff made treats and we promise no cupcake crumbs in boats.
Our hours for June are 8am-5pm every day. Starting on Friday, June 28th we will be on summer schedule open 8-8 every day.

We hope everyone had a great long weekend! The weather couldn’t have been much better and we saw lots of kids (big and small) out for boat rides and ice cream! It was great to see so many familiar faces back in the area and to meet some new ones as well.
The mosquitoes have arrived over the past few days as you may have noticed and they sure are enjoying the wet, rainy weather we’ve had so far this week.
We’re still working away to get boats, boats and more boats floating so if you’re thinking about getting the toys out soon for another season be sure to get in touch with Sally and give us at least 2 weeks notice.
The picture today is Luke out test driving seadoos in the pouring rain last night. Seems he has his seasons mixed up but snowmobile helmets apparently provide good protection from the bullet-like drops!

Well it looks like we’re in for a bit of a rainy, cool weekend. At least compared to the weather we had at the beginning of the week!
We’re good and busy getting boats ready and feeding the bugs so looking forward to have some company up here so the bugs can be distracted by some fresh blood 🙂
